Due to the fact that late cancellations are very unlikely to get re-booked we do not accept cancellations less than 3 months in advance. We are a family run business rather than a big hotel. We would like to make it clear from the outset that you are agreeing to pay the full fee and refunds will not be processed if you cancel less than 3 months prior to your scheduled booking. You may consider a Holiday Insurance if you feel that your plans are likely to change or if you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
